Overview
SafetyQuip, a leading national supplier of Workplace Safety Products to industry and government, is seeking a likeable and driven individual to join our customer support team at Balcatta.
This role supports our Clients and Territory Managers by processing telephone, electronic and showroom sales enquiries, and placement of orders. We supply a broad range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including: safety boots and workwear, respirators, hearing protection, gloves and chemical handling equipment. Our client base includes: local and state government departments, power and water utilities, food and beverage processing facilities, manufacturing/engineering organisations and defence industries.
Responsibilities
Process telephone, electronic and showroom sales enquiries and place orders to support clients and Territory Managers.
Required skills and attributes
* A mature and friendly customer service manner
* The ability to engage in intelligent conversation with experienced buyers from industrial organisations
* The ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing
* A high level of personal grooming
Our trading hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. This role suits candidates looking for 2-3 days per week ongoing work + extra hours during peak periods.
