About the Role – Lead Architect (Florida Luxury Residential) We are hiring a Lead Architect to work directly with a US-based luxury design-build client operating in high-value residential markets across South Florida. You will own the architectural design and pre-construction process from concept through permit-ready plans. This role requires deep expertise in Florida residential projects, full custom home plan sets, and a builder-minded understanding of constructability. You won’t just produce drawings — you will lead the design function, coordinate consultants, manage timelines, and ensure every set that leaves the office is build-ready and precise.
