IPA are a leading supplier of recruitment solutions. We have an exciting opportunity for a Motor Vehicles Claim Consultant, these roles are Indigenous identified positions only.

We currently have multiple Full-Time Permanent opportunities available for Motor Claims Consultants to join our NRMA/SGI RACV brands. The primary purpose of the Claims Consultant role is to effectively lodge and/or manage claims in a professional and proactive manner, adhering to legislative requirements and policy directives while delivering exceptional customer service.

The roles will be predominantly Work from Home but based from the Parramatta office. The initial 6 week training period will consist of both Work from Home and in-office learning. To be able to work from home you will be required to have a designated work area and a fixed internet connection.

The below shifts are 7:00am - 8:00pm on an Open Availability roster. between the hours of 7.00am - 8pm AEDT. This means you will have an 8hr shift between 7.00am - 8pm depending on the business needs. You would have no more than a 2hr variance between start times day to day. e.g. With an 8am start time, the following day staff member cannot be rostered with a start time of 12pm as this is greater than the 2hr variance. You will be given notice of your upcoming shifts 4 weeks in advance. Please note that all training will be Monday to Friday. For weekend work, you would receive loading (50% on Saturdays and 75% on Sundays).

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately lodge and record customer claims to mitigate risk of leakage (compliance).
- Deliver performance against business Key Performance Indicators.
- Taking ownership on every call and being accountable for outcomes.
- Address and resolve customer complaints associated with the claims function, within agreed timeframes.
- Provide an effortless claims and customer experience for our customers measured through customer survey results, verbatim feedback, and Quality Listening.
- Demonstrate IAG Mindset, Values and Behaviors.

Skills & Experience
- Proven customer service experience.
- Previous experience in insurance is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrate sound computer and literacy skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

**Salary package of $75,000.**
