Permanent Part-Time Bookkeeper – Tamworth NSW
Sage Services Group is a trusted, values-driven NDIS provider based in Tamworth, dedicated to empowering people and supporting our community. We're now seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day financial tasks and supporting our leadership team with accurate reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow
Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS)
Generate Profit & Loss and other financial reports
Maintain records in Xero accounting software
Work closely with management to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
This is a permanent part-time role, with flexible hours to suit your schedule.
About You
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (NDIS or community services experience a bonus)
Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software
Experience preparing BAS and Profit & Loss reports
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
