We are looking for a Property Manager to join the growing team on a Full-Time basis.This is an opportunity to work from a number of locations within WA, or from home or on location in NarroginThe role has a tightly held portfolio situated in a significant wheatbelt town approximately 2 hours from metropolitan WA.The role will include support by an on the ground inspector, who completes viewings, inspections and ingoing and outgoing inspections.Your line manager is an experienced Property Manager and leader with over 25 years experience, who is always willing to roll up her sleeves and support.As the Property Manager you will look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities.
Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career joining a team of in excess 50 property management staff across multiple locations in Western Australia.ResponsibilitiesBuild & maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants & tradespeopleIdentifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investmentsManage & co-ordinate maintenance & repairs promptly & efficientlyManage lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, rent collection & arrearsCo-ordinate all inspections, with an on the ground inspector to support youEnsure compliance with relevant legislation & industry standardProvide excellent customer service & resolve issues professionallyVisit Branch once a month or when neededAbout youRegistered property manager with 2 years or more experiencePossess an understanding of Residential Tenancy LegislationHold a current driver's licenceHave excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skillsArea a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skillsAre smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technologyAbout EldersElders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
