About This Role
This position sits within the fleet and maintenance team supporting a large mobile plant operation on site. You'll work closely with maintenance planners, workshop teams and site leadership to monitor fleet performance, improve maintenance systems and drive plant reliability.
Monitor fleet performance including uptime, maintenance plans and breakdown analysisDevelop and improve maintenance systems, reporting and fleet KPIsWork with maintenance planners and managers to improve reliability and plant availabilityReview oil samples and assist with condition monitoring and investigationsLead safety and quality processes including Take 5s and maintenance investigationsAnalyse equipment performance and identify reliability improvementsAssist with lifecycle planning, plant reporting and maintenance system developmentSupport continuous improvement of fleet systems and maintenance processes
Requirements
3+ years experience working with mobile plant or mining equipmentMechanical Engineering background within mining, heavy plant or fleet environmentsExperience analysing equipment performance, downtime and reliability reportingExposure to fleet maintenance systems, asset management or reliability engineeringExperience working with large mining fleets and maintenance teamsMechanical Engineering degree preferredMust be an Australian / NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
