This is a great opportunity to join our Property Portfolio Management team within Commercial Banking, based in VIC, Melbourne Naarm, Wurundjeri Country. You'll work full time as part of a high performing group of Credit Analysts and Senior Credit Analysts who support our commercial property customers across the Westpac and Bank of Melbourne brands.
What's the role?
In this role, you'll look after a diverse portfolio of asset backed investment and development lending transactions. You'll assess new to bank opportunities, complete annual reviews, stay close to customer and sector risk, and bring sharp insights across the property landscape. Your work will span residential, industrial, office and retail property, giving you exposure to a broad and engaging portfolio.
You won't be doing this alone. You'll collaborate closely with sales, credit partners and wider deal teams to shape and deliver thoughtful, well balanced credit outcomes for our customers. It's a role where your judgement matters, your voice is valued, and your expertise helps move the business forward.
What do I need?
* Experience working in a bank or non bank financial institution
* Strong understanding of commercial property lending and market trends
* Exposure to construction, development and investment lending risk
* Ability to analyse complex transactions and provide clear credit insights
* Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across deal teams
