The Opportunity
Join Veolia's Environmental Services team in Geraldton, as an Administration Assistant supporting our Waste Depot Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a vital role in our operations team in our office environment.
You'll be at the heart of our administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across payroll, purchasing, billing, and data management whilst contributing to our commitment to sustainable development.
Part time, in Office 9am - 2pm - Mon - Fri.

What you'll be responsible for
Support Depot Manager to have all data entered for invoicing and reporting
Raising purchase orders in SAP/Ariba
Performing general administrative tasks; scanning and filing paperwork
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
Booking adhoc services
What you'll need to be successful
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Reliability and a willingness to learn
Sound skills in building relationships
Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail
