About the Role
As the General Manager Service Delivery, you will lead:
* Delivery of NDIS, Aged Care and Family Services across our footprint
* A committed leadership team and passionate frontline workforce
* Continuous improvement initiatives that enhance participant experience
* Organisational growth and service innovation
* Compliance, quality and service performance outcome
About You
You will bring a values driven approach and senior operational or service delivery experience in community, disability or aged care sectors.
To be considered for this role, you will hold a minimum of:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant tertiary qualification
* Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive-level management role, ideally in the areas of NDIS, Aged care or other community service related areas
* Demonstrated experience inspiring and leading multidisciplinary teams
* Demonstrated experience in delivering a person-centred approach to service delivery and meeting the diverse needs of participants and families
* Thorough understanding of the quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the NDIS, aged care and family services sector
* Strong capability in strategic planning, service performance and quality oversight
* Proven ability to navigate sector reform and organisational change
* Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, monitoring service performance and ensuring long‐term sustainability across multiple programs
* Commitment to inclusive, person centred practice
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to take ownership of tasks and the customer experience
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Drivers Licence
* First Aid Certificate + CPR
You will also be required to complete the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module or provide evidence of completion.
