Job Title
We are seeking a seasoned business professional to take on the role of Guidewire Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance domain and proven experience with Guidewire products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring successful delivery of innovative insurance solutions.
* Gather and analyze requirements, processes, and challenges to recommend effective solutions.
* Conduct workshops and document detailed requirements.
* Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter, including product models, rules, workflows, and user interfaces.
* Support system testing and user acceptance testing.
* Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers for successful delivery.
* Participate in Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and requirement clarification.
