Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory
Maintain and grow existing customer base within the territory
Develop strong, long-term customer relationships through regular customer visits and product demonstrations
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the territory to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with the sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams to achieve quotas and objectives
Manage budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve sales targets
Report on sales results and forecasting to senior management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Territory Manager should have:
A strong understanding of manufacturing and a B2B environment
Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage a territory
Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-first mindset
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
