Accountant Position Overview
This role involves working directly with partner and managers to deliver exceptional results. You will be part of an extremely supportive team who genuinely care about each other.

We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and have a strong understanding of accounting practices and principles.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Review bookkeeping work performed by junior team members, including account coding, GST coding and payroll
* Manage client relationship and answer client queries
* Prepare management reports and analysis for clients using software (ie. Fathom)
* Prepare budgeting and cashflow forecasting for clients using software (ie. Fathom or Castaway)

Required Skills and Qualifications
* University degree in accounting or management accounting (or equivalent)
* CA/CPA qualification is a bonus but not a must
* Working knowledge of cloud accounting platforms, including Xero, MYOB, Hubdoc, Dext
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' accounting experience in Australia accounting firms or large businesses, having managed a portfolio of small to medium sized clients.
