About You
As a Showroom Leader, you will lead a collaborative, high-performing team, enhance efficiency through the intelligent use of our systems, and plan proactively for growth across multi domain. Your confident yet empathic and balanced leadership ensures smooth operations, strong team engagement, and a consistently excellent showroom experience. You will drive performance by exceeding Minimum Operating Standards (MOS) and delivering Service Beyond Expectations (SBE) .

Why our Showroom?
The MXstore Showroom isn't your typical retail store — it's an immersive dirt bike experience.
We focus on educating, demonstrating and immersing our customers in all things dirt bikes.
We are committed to ensuring that our customers experience Service Beyond Expectation. Through this, we focus on relationships, not transactions, and build trust by spending time with our customers.
Our unique integration with our onsite Gold Coast warehouse gives customers access to Australia's largest range of dirt bike gear, parts and accessories, whilst also receiving expert advice, and real-time inventory, providing customers the opportunity to buy products instantly in store, without the warehouse shopping experience.
Main roles and responsibilities:
Oversee daily showroom operations and team performance
Manage staff rostering, forecasting, and resource planning
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS)
Lead recruitment, training, and team member retention
Control stock and minimise shrinkage
Use systems and data to improve efficiencies and make data-driven decisions
Track KPIs for opportunities for continuous improvement (Kiazen)
Lead sales strategies that align with business values and drive SBE
Key Attributes & Skills :
Strong leadership and communication
Experience with POS/EFTPOS/NETO systems
Proven ability to manage high-volume retail
Goal-driven, organised, adaptable and an eye for detail
Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to successfully meet tight deadlines and time pressures
Skilled in customer service and visual merchandising
The ability to analyse, investigate and interpret financial data and information
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
