About the Role
Working alongside the Construction Manager and Project Director, you'll lead end-to-end estimating across a diverse portfolio. Working in Cubit, you will:
* Prepare detailed tenders, budgets and cost plans
* Manage RFIs, clarifications and subcontractor pricing
* Identify and present value-engineering opportunities
* Work closely with delivery teams and clients to develop practical, cost-effective solutions
* Support tender submissions and proposal documentation
About You
A methodical, solutions-focused Estimator with strong technical and commercial acumen.
* 5–10+ years' estimating experience with a Head Contractor or Subcontractor
* Background in carpentry, a trade or engineering highly regarded
* Proficient with Cubit and strong analytical capability
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in live-site environments (commercial, aged care, industrial) beneficial
