Responsibilities:
* Safeguard profitability while streamlining cost of goods sold and EBITDA management
* Maintain meticulous records at the unit level, encompassing sales reports, inventory audits, shift scheduling, and other essential documentation
* Prioritize cleanliness and sanitation in your unit at all times, adhering to industry standards
* Conduct regular inspections using the Unit Inspection form to ensure optimal unit performance
* Procure necessary supplies and ingredients for daily operations
* Select, develop, and motivate staff members to drive success
* Evaluate and improve staff skills through comprehensive training
* Foster strong relationships within the community by visiting local businesses, churches, and civic organizations
* Implement brand standards, company policies, and procedures across all levels
* Ensure accurate completion of new hire paperwork, timesheets, payroll data, disciplinary actions, and personal data sheets
* Deliver comprehensive training on unit operations, including POS systems, back-of-house functions, and front-of-house services
