As a skilled Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at Winstar World Casino.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all customers receive quality service and education on products and services
* Answer questions regarding coffee blends and product freshness
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace for seamless resource access
* Accurately process sales orders and count back change to customers
* Sell and serve baked goods and miscellaneous food items
* Develop knowledge of coffee and tea regions and flavor differences
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume bar environment
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Detail oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Menu planning and development skills
