Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will own our customer's experience from the appointment through to completion and collection of their vehicle.
Responsibilities
* Greeting customers promptly
* Obtaining customer and vehicle information
* Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
* Establish follow up time
* Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
* Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
* Ensure compliance with group and stakeholder policies
Qualifications
* Self‐motivated
* Well organized
* Team‐work oriented
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Willing to learn
* Neat and tidy appearance
* Friendly attitude
* A current driver's licence is required
* Dealership experience
