Casual Salesperson – Barbeques Galore (Caringbah, Alexandria & Artarmon)

We're building a recruitment pool for our Caringbah, Alexandria, and Artarmon stores, and we're on the hunt for casual sales superstars who can bring the heat on the shop floor. Whether it's helping a customer pick the perfect smoker, showing off your burger-flipping knowledge, or just being the friendly face that makes someone's day – you'll be part of a team that's all about bringing people together around the flame
What the role involves:
* Assisting customers with BBQs, outdoor furniture, heating, and accessories
* Building product knowledge to provide the best advice and solutions
* Supporting day-to-day store operations including merchandising and presentation
* Being available to work weekends and peak trading periods
What we're looking for:
* Enthusiasm and a genuine interest in customer service
* Retail or sales experience (preferred, but we'll train the right people)
* Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
* Flexibility to work during our busiest times
* Willingness to work at Caringbah, Alexandria, or Artarmon (let us know your preferred location)
