Providing leadership in professional development facilitates competency training and skill development among Nuclear Medicine Technologists.
Clinical practice supervision includes competency training and skill development for less experienced practitioners. Coordinating education for undergraduates and graduate Nuclear Medicine technologists is also an important responsibility. This includes actively promoting cultural awareness and understanding, particularly when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and organisations.
Essential Requirements
* Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
* Registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with relevant professional organisation
* Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in nuclear medicine
