We are looking for an Oral Health Therapist who understands the importance of building lifelong relationships with patients based on trust, quality work and exceptional patient care.

Located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, Flagsmile Dental was the first dental practice in Flagstone. Established in 2017, Flagstone is one of the fastest growing areas in Australia.

Qualifications & experience
*Bachelor's degree in Oral Health (or equivalent) that is recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
*Registration with the Dental Board of Australia (AHPRA)
Tasks & responsibilities
*Able to examine and record the nature and severity of periodontal conditions, and clean, scale and root-plane teeth for all aged groups, including taking a health history and dental charting
*Provide dental care for children and adolescents including examining oral and dental conditions, restore and conserve permanent and deciduous teeth, perform extractions of deciduous teeth. With adult scope, would be able to provide care to adults under certain circumstances
*Work in partnership with the dentists in diagnosis and treatment planning of patients to maintain or restore oral health
*Administer and interpret dental radiographs
*Able to communicate and education patients on oral hygiene and good diet habits
*Supervisory responsibilities to dental assistants
