We are searching for a positive, dynamic and self‑motivated Store Manager to lead our established and loved Rockhampton Boutique at 99 East Street.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining a welcoming, clean and organised store.
* Build client relationships, provide outstanding service and maintain a VIP database.
* Be motivated and driven to achieve sales success.
* Stock control and inventory management.
* Coach and mentor your team to achieve sales success.
* Day‑to‑day running of the store and reporting to the Retail Operations Manager and Directors.
Skills and experience
* A self‑driven leader who loves fashion, styling and provides customers with outstanding genuine customer service.
* Someone who can positively influence staff, create a welcoming, friendly environment and lead a team to sales success.
* Is adaptable, has a wide skill set, can work independently and lead a team, and has the motivation to achieve the store's goals.
* Daily store management and team motivation.
* Fashion styling, customer and VIP management.
* Visual merchandising and stock control.
* Meeting sales and KPI targets.
* High level of personal presentation.
