White Oat Distillery is currently seeking bar staff with a love of good spirits.
Who you are:
* To be successful in the role we will require to be customer focused
* Able to work shifts on your own at times
* Mixing and serving a range of beverages or willing to learn
* Cleanliness, presentation and brand integrity are a must
* General bar operations
* Able to work Friday and Saturdays plus other days when required
* Approximately 10-12 hours per week
Essential Criteria:
* Highly reliable and able to work autonomously and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills. Enjoy dealing with people and have an enthusiasm for sharing what we are doing at the distillery with visitors.
* Strong customer focus.
* A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
* A hospitality all-rounder who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and assist the whole team where needed.
