Multi-Site Store Manager | QSR Brand |Dubbo NSW We are partnering with a well-established and growing quick service brand to secure a driven Multi-Site Store Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about delivering consistent customer experiences. The Role As a Multi-Site Store Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations across several stores, ensuring strong commercial performance, high service standards and team engagement. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence while working closely with head office on business strategy and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple sites Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve business goals Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships Plan and execute promotions in line with market trends and seasonal demand Maintain high standards in customer service and food quality Monitor financial performance, budgets, and store profitability Handle rosters, labour costs, and wage control Ensure compliance with WH&S and food safety regulations Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions Collaborate with head office on business strategy and marketing initiatives What You'll Bring Proven experience managing teams within a fast-paced QSR or food retail environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Experience working towards KPIs, targets, and operational benchmarks Solid understanding of rostering, budgeting, and cost control Ability to manage multiple locations effectively Excellent organisational and communication skills Valid driver's license and own vehicle Requirements Minimum 2 years of people management experience At least 1 year experience as a Fast Food Restaurant Manager Minimum 2 years experience as a Fast Food Attendant Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (required) National Police Check (or willing to obtain) Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available) Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident What's in It for You $70K base salary 12% superannuation fuel allowance Employee Assistance Program Ongoing training and development Clear career progression opportunities within a growing brand Why Apply?
