Skills and Experience
You'll be the backbone of our Wellbeing team — keeping things running smoothly, supporting staff, and helping our services reach the people who need them most. Expect a mix of:
* Front-of-house vibes
: manage phones, emails, mail, and greet visitors with warmth
* Admin wizardr
y: coordinate travel schedules, purchase orders, invoices, and bookings
* Data magic
: managing maintain referral systems and collate service statistics
* Customer connection
: sharing info about NWRH services and being a helpful voice
* Office organisation
: keeping our filing system sharp and up-to-date
What you'll bring
* Confident communicator with great people skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets

About the pay and benefits
* Starting salary from
$58,451 + super
(negotiable based on experience)

— to improve physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.

* You must have the right to live and work in Australia
* You may be required to travel by road and/or in small planes to communities distant from your catchment area on a regular basis, so must be comfortable with this aspect of the role
* A 'C' class Driver's License (manual preferred) is also an essential requirement
