In this role, you willprovide senior clinical and operational leadership, ensuring safe, effective, and responsive mental health service delivery. You will work closely with psychiatrists, leadership teams, and clinical staff to drive best practice standards, accreditation compliance, and service performance. The BenefitsCompetitive salary package: $140,000 – $160,000 Permanent full-time role – Monday to Friday, 7:30/8:00am to 4:30/5:00pm Senior executive leadership opportunity Work within a well-established private mental health service Opportunity to influence clinical outcomes and service growth The RoleProvide strategic clinical and operational leadership across the service Drive occupancy and service efficiency while maintaining high-quality patient care Build strong collaborative partnerships with admitting psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams About YouCurrent AHPRA registration as a Mental Health Registered Nurse Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (Diploma or Masters) Extensive mental health clinical experience with demonstrated leadership capability Minimum 2–3 years experience in senior leadership roles such as NUM, ANUM, or Director level Experience working within a private mental health hospital environment Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills Strong understanding of accreditation and clinical governance standards Please note: This role is open to local candidates.
