Your tasks
* Knowledge and practical experience in system engineering preferably in communications, aviation/aerospace or maritime/naval environment.
* Knowledge and practical experience of products in radio communications and voice switching systems.
* Knowledge and practical experience of engineering processes and tools.
* An understanding of IP networks and protocols.
* Structured approach to projects.
* Advanced communications skills and including the ability to negotiate required outcomes to meet project objectives.
* Foster and demonstrate personal accountability and commitment.
* Foster and demonstrate personal agility by adapting flexibly to new situations, pursuing new paths, and learning from mistakes.
* Drive team success through collaboration achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, initiative, pragmatism, and persistence.
* Lead customer interactions.

Your Qualifications
* The successful applicants will be qualified Systems Engineers who have
* Knowledge and practical experience in system engineering preferably in communications, aviation/aerospace or maritime/naval environment.
* Knowledge and practical experience of products in radio communications and voice switching systems.
* Knowledge and practical experience of engineering processes and tools.
* An understanding of IP networks and protocols.
* Structured approach to projects.
* Advanced communications skills and including the ability to negotiate required outcomes to meet project objectives.

* Bachelor of Engineering qualifications in Electrical/Electronics or a relevant degree in Engineering, preferably majoring in Systems, Radio Frequency, Mechatronics, Electronics, Communications, or Aerospace
* Proven experience in delivering system engineering projects
* Structured approach to delivering projects
