Drive Customer Success and Growth in a Key Territory. Are you a relationship builder who thrives on delivering value to customers and driving business growth? We're looking for an energetic and strategic Account Manager to take ownership of our WA Territory.
In this vital role, you'll be the face of our business to key customers and store teams. You'll work closely with our wholesale and trade clients, strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Success & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to foster loyalty and trust.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers—responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of service.
Meet regularly with clients to understand their goals, pain points, and opportunities.
Ensure customers are fully aware of—and actively using—our products and services to their advantage.
Sales Growth & Territory Strategy
Collaborate with State Sales Managers, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and local store teams to create customer-centric strategies.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, contributing to territory revenue growth.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
Monitor accounts to spot risks early and act decisively to mitigate them.
Account Planning & Performance
Design tailored account strategies that align with each customer's goals.
Lead regular account reviews and offer insights that help customers grow their businesses.
Partner closely with stores to ensure aligned execution and customer satisfaction.
Market Insights & Reporting
Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Use data and customer feedback to refine your strategy and influence internal planning.
Deliver regular reporting on performance, pipeline, and customer sentiment.
Collaborate with our key accounts team to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that work for both parties.
Partner with internal teams across marketing, product development, and operations to deliver a cohesive and high-value customer experience.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who combines strategic thinking with strong people skills and a hands-on approach to customer engagement.
Experience & Qualifications
Previous sales/account management experience, ideally in a wholesale, trade, or B2B environment.
Previous experience ideally in the Truck & Transport or mining industry.
Proven success in meeting targets and managing client relationships.
Willingness to travel across Western Australia as required.
Ideally lives in Welshpool.
