Conveniently located in the heart of Geelong, TLC Healthcare Belmont boasts a high-quality residential aged care home in a serene and welcoming environment, and a co-located TLC Medical Centre.
The Belmont residence features 15 opulent suites with separate lounge rooms and bedrooms, kitchenettes, ensuites, and most with private terraces and district views. These private living quarters are complemented with the latest technology to support safety and comfort throughout the home.
Role Overview
We are seeking a cheerful and motivated Administration Officer to manage a busy reception while providing calm, high-quality customer service to make all guests, residents, and employees feel welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy switchboard
- Meet and greet all guests
- Manage rosters and minimise vacant shifts
- Support recruitment and education of staff
- Handle payroll-related tasks
- Support the General Manager as required
- Maintain procedures to ensure smooth management of front and back of house
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Work collaboratively and strengthen relationships with TLC employees
What you’ll need
- Computer literacy and speed
- Aged Care experience (desirable)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
