* Coordinate spiritual wellbeing and pastoral needs of residents ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort.
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, handbooks, standards, legislation, and industry practices.
As a Spiritual Care Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Integrating spiritual and pastoral care across all services.
* Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers for spiritual and pastoral care initiatives.
* Liaising with community groups and faith communities to promote collaboration and understanding.
Additionally, you will be expected to:

* Hold relevant qualifications, such as Cert IV or Graduate Diploma, in pastoral care, chaplaincy, counselling, or social work.
