Our facility is designed using the household model of care, fostering a warm, family-like atmosphere where every resident feels at home. We have single rooms, and our facility is currently undergoing refurbishment to modernise our amenities.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
* Providing care, companionship, and emotional support to residents, supporting their independence and enhancing their quality of life
* Assisting with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
* Supporting medication administration and simple wound dressings
* Engaging residents in community-based recreational and social activities

* Ideally, you’ll have a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification. If not qualified, we can help you achieve this.
* Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to start your career in aged care, especially if you’re studying or recently qualified
* Being adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, and living Uniting’s values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness
