We are seeking a motivated and highly capable Sales Representative to join our team in a statewide role servicing all of Tasmania. Responsibilities
* This is a Tasmania-wide position, requiring regular travel across the state to generate new leads, manage existing accounts, and close sales.
* Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients statewide
* Preparing clear, professional written correspondence and proposals
* Accurately recording customer interactions and maintaining detailed CRM notes
* Managing your schedule and territory independently

* Strong literacy skills— the ability to write clear, professional emails, prepare accurate reports, read contracts and product information carefully, and maintain detailed records
* Exceptional verbal communication and the ability to build rapport easily
* A high level of self-motivation and personal accountability
* The ability to work autonomously across a broad geographic region
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* This is not a desk-based role — it is a hands-on, statewide sales position that requires initiative, resilience, and professionalism.
