About this Role:
We're seeking a part-time employment specialist to help clients create personalized career pathways and overcome obstacles that prevent them from entering the workforce.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create customized job pathways for clients
* Help clients address barriers and prepare for employment
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in case management and employment support
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
