About the Role
As a Picker/Packer, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch within a fast‐paced beverage distribution environment, while maintaining a safe and organised warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately
* Preparing orders for dispatch
* Performing general warehouse duties
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily operational requirements
* Following company safety procedures and quality standards
About You
* Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Be reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality work
* Have good attention to detail
* Be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Have previous warehouse, pick‐packing or logistics experience (desirable but not essential)
A forklift licence is not required for this position.

Hours of Work
This is a flexible casual position with shifts offered based on operational requirements and business demand. Shifts are typically available Monday to Friday, with a minimum shift length of 4 hours. Additional hours may be available during busier periods.
