Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader, you will provide recruitment support for managers and the wider business.The role will incorporate the following responsibilities:Assist with end to end recruitment and onboarding of new employees on a national scaleAssist with drafting and positing job advertisementsAssist with Screening resumes, conducting phone screening and co-ordinate interviews with leadersComplete pre-employment checks including conducting reference checksPrepare and issue employment contracts and paperwork via our Onboarding SoftwareSet up new employees within the HRIS system (ConnX)Assist with the maintenance of current job descriptions for all roles performed in the businessConduct the 'Welcome to COS' induction for new employeesMaintain recruitment metrics and provide reports on key metrics as requiredAd hoc administration and project work as requiredMore about youTo be successful in this role, you will display the following attributes:Previous recruitment experience, including experience in the proactive search of candidatesA hands on approach and a 'can do' enthusiastic attitudeExceptional administration skills including excellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMicrosoft Office efficientAttention to detail and accuracy levelsAbility to work autonomously as well as part of a team
