Our client supplies and installs premium commercial and home office furniture and delivers end-to-end fit-outs across Australia. Join a successful and well-established national sales team to deliver consistent growth and outstanding service across the Gold Coast territory. You will be managing both B2B and B2C client relationshipsnurturing existing accounts, re-engaging lapsed clients, and converting new opportunities. Your role will span the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to seamless handover to project managers and post-sale follow-up, while maintaining showroom excellence and executing orders with precision.
Your new role
Grow and manage an existing portfolio of clients in the commercial office furniture space. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth. Develop new business by identifying potential clients, attending site visits, and client meetings. Preparing and conducting compelling client quotes and proposals Provide high-quality consultative sales solutions, aligning our clients furniture offerings and client's needs. Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences from consultation to installation. Working and networking with builders, designers, and project managers. Stay up to date on product innovations, trends, and competitors to provide clients with the best solutions. Maintain accurate daily updates in the pipeline, work with reliable forecasts, and actively contribute to sales meetings. Provide accurate quotes, communicate ETAs clearly, and ensure seamless handovers to project management and delivery teams. What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, ideally within the commercial furniture, building, property services, or construction industries.A high level of communication, negotiation and B2B sales skillsAccount Management experience growing established accounts & inbound salesGain personal satisfaction by aiming to achieve your goals and targetsBe customer-centric with exceptional verbal and written communicationBe self-directed and highly organisedResults-oriented focused on activity for exceptional customer experience and for your own financial gain.What you'll get in return
