Community Administrator Role
The Royal Melbourne Hospital is one of Australia's leading public healthcare providers. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team.
* This role will see you working as a key member of the Inner Melbourne Community Mental Health Team, providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
* You will be responsible for managing the flow of information, ensuring timely processing and adherence to statutory reporting obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administration assistance to all staff in the service, including arranging interpreters, fleet cars, supply ordering, printing, faxing, mailing, couriers, maintenance requests, room bookings, file requests, data entry, meeting support, and appointment bookings.
* Support the effective use of Digital Health systems, including Epic EMR, iPM, CMI/ODS, and local databases.
* Assist with tasks and roles within the team where required, including working from different locations within the service.
