Requirements
1. Significant experience in a senior property management role, preferably within the residential sector.
2. In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate & Property, Residential Leasing & Property Management industry and associated legislation and regulations.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
6. Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a Real Estate License in ACT and NSW.
