Job Title: Support Services Professional
About the Role:
This is a part-time, permanent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment providing high-quality support services to clients. As a Service Support Officer, you will be the front face of the centre, meeting and greeting visitors, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing day-to-day support to the operations of the centre and the broader team
* Managing phone calls and emails, distributing information about the service, scheduling appointments for clients, and maintaining waiting lists
* Supporting the delivery of community and centre-based events
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in an administration or reception role, with a passion for delivering quality services to clients. You will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to respond to clients in distress, and be comfortable deescalating people who are upset.
Requirements:
* Experience in an administration or reception role, preferably in a community services organisation, health-related, or service organisation
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to relate to a wide range of clients
* Ability to respond to clients in distress and deescalate upset individuals
Benefits:
* Starting salary of $80,111 per annum (inclusive of 10% remote localities allowance), pro rata for hours worked + 11.5% super
