Join the Manufacturing team in Rydalmere, where you will be an integral part of producing cutting‐edge acoustic ceramic components for the Navy. In this hands‐on role you will operate advanced machinery, manage chemical mixing, grinding, and kiln profiles, ensuring every component meets quality standards required for global innovation.
Position Details
- Location: Rydalmere, NSW
- Hourly Rate: Competitive base rate, superannuation, and penalties
- Shifts: Full‐time, Monday to Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing machinery, including kilns, presses, and material processing equipment.
- Handle chemical mixing, grinding, and kiln profiling following technical batch card instructions.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and traceability standards.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience in process work or production lines.
- Experience with raw processing, chemical mixing, grinding, or ceramics is highly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and a specialized blood test for lead exposure.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg.
