ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial fitout developments valued up to $50M across Canberra. The role entails management of all site activities, guiding teams, and ensuring outstanding standards in quality, safety, and timelines. You'll play a central role in bringing high-profile projects to life, working alongside an accomplished Project Manager and a skilled support crew.
DUTIES.
* Oversee and manage on-site project activities
* Lead, develop, and mentor junior staff and site teams
* Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners
* Oversee site safety, quality control, and day-to-day logistics
* Toolbox talks, site inductions, WHS management and compliance
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
* Proven track record as a Site Manager on commercial fitout projects
* Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and project sequencing
* Ability to manage program, budgets, safety, and quality effectively
* Trade background or Construction Management qualification preferable
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
