About the opportunity
This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing Communications and Engagement team supporting major public health infrastructure projects across NSW. You'll play a key role in planning and delivery of clear, engaging communications that inform stakeholders, support decision-making and build understanding of complex health initiatives.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide high-quality communications and administrative support while working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You'll manage information requests, support engagement activities, prepare accessible content for diverse audiences, contributing to research and reporting. You'll also help drive continuous improvement across communications services, contributing to meaningful outcomes for communities across New South Wales.
This is a full-time permanent role. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
About you
You are an organised and adaptable communicator, who thrives in a fast paced environment, collaboratively working across multiple priorities. You bring strong attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion .
You're comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and you know how to navigate changing priorities while staying focused in complex or high profile settings. Proactive and solutions focused you look for ways to improve how things are done and add value. Importantly, you're motivated by purpose and have a genuine interest in contributing to positive public health outcomes through clear and effective communication.
