Job Description
Support the Principal Investment team across the full investment lifecycle, including deal execution, portfolio management, and value creation
Lead financial modelling (DCF, LBO, comps) and support due diligence processes
Prepare investment committee materials and assist with transaction structuring and execution
Source and evaluate investment opportunities and conduct industry/company research
Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with board reporting and strategic initiatives
Identify new investment themes and maintain relationships with advisors, intermediaries, and co-investors
Support investor reporting and collaborate with legal, tax, and operations teams
Apply commercial judgement and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Contribute to strategic initiatives and portfolio value creation plans
Develop skills in financial analysis, transaction execution, and private markets investing
The Successful Applicant
A 2-5 years\' experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate advisory, or strategy consulting
Strong ability to build and manage complex financial models (DCF, LBO, comps)
Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business; professional designation (CFA, CAIA, CPA, or CA) preferred
Strong commercial judgement and decision-making skills
Analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks
Interest in private markets and direct investing
Ability to contribute to portfolio management and value creation initiatives
