Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, key responsibilities will include:
* Periodic and ad hoc variance analysis of production areas for winemaking, cellar, laboratory and maintenance.
* Collaborate on budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning.
* Develop and maintain production labour models.
* Monitor and report cash flow.
* Conduct variance analysis and summarise to stakeholders.
* Manage capital expenditure budgeting and forecasting.
* Management of fixed asset register.
* Analysis of production efficiencies and yield data.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is an excellent communicator and has the confidence to partner with a variety of stakeholders across the business. They also have:
* Tertiary degree in accounting or finance.
* 2+ year's in an accounting role in practice or industry.
* Studying towards CA/CPA qualification.
* MS Excel skills including use of Power Query, and exposure to Power BI reporting.
