Civil and Structural Site Supervisor - Telecommunications and Electrical Infrastructure

We are looking for experienced Foremen or Supervisors who know that standards are lived, leadership is visible, and accountability is non-negotiable.
As our project volume increases, this role carries real authority to set the benchmark for behaviour, performance, and delivery across crews, subcontractors, and projects.
This is not a clipboard role
It's hands-on site leadership, stepping onto the tools when required, and carrying next-level standards through every stage of delivery.
With a strong pipeline of telecommunications towers, civil works, and electrical/renewable infrastructure works, this role offers real momentum, real influence, and the opportunity to shape how work gets done as we scale.
What You Will Be Doing
Overseeing internal crews and subcontractors on telecommunications and electrical infrastructure builds
Leading site standards across safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism
Managing project budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Completing and maintaining all project documentation, reporting, and budget updates
Communicating clearly and consistently with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
Supporting delivery on the tools when required
Working remotely and travelling to site for blocks of work as projects require
What We Are Looking For
This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Civil or Structural Foreman or Site Supervisor delivering infrastructure projects end-to-end.
Proven track record delivering projects from mobilisation to completion
Strong capability in budget control, scheduling, and project reportingDeep understanding of safety systems and compliance expectations
A calm, confident leader who sets standards and holds people to them
Strong communicator who keeps jobs moving and issues resolved
Comfortable working away in rural and remote locations for up to 3 weeks at a time
