The Excel Farms Graduate Program provides a broad exposure to modern agribusiness through strategic placements across farming operations and corporate office.
Key Agricultural Activities
* Gain experience in preparing and planting broadacre crops using advanced machinery and GPS-guided systems.
* Learn spraying, spreading, and fertilisation principles and practices while supporting plant health and productivity.
* Be part of the harvest team focusing on logistics, grain quality, safety procedures, and post-harvest analysis.
Corporate Experience
The graduate will complete a placement at our head office gaining insight into business and strategic side of agriculture including business management, financial planning, grain marketing strategy and logistics, WHS systems and compliance, asset and resource management, project-based initiatives.
