**The Role**
Reporting to the Manager, 1:1 Digital Strategy, the Paid Social Specialist has responsibility for assisting in shaping the social media strategy as well as executing relevant and consistent paid social campaigns across multiple health and fitness businesses to deliver improved performance and ROI.
**What you'll be doing**
- Create, build, and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for all health and fitness brands
- Design and implement strategies aimed at generating customer leads
- Work with the internal team and external agencies to research, set up, manage, optimise and improve the overall performance of paid social media activity
- Liaise directly with external agencies to maintain overflow support of paid activity
- Assist the development of social media strategies across multiple health and fitness brands
- Ensure campaign tracking is setup correctly for all paid social activities
- Create reports that analyse the development, placement, and overall effectiveness of paid social channels and communicate areas of opportunity to internal teams
- Bring new ideas and best practices in digital marketing and platforms through continuous research of trends and developments
Working within our Health and Fitness business, you'll work alongside a team of marketers, designers, web & content experts, and digital agencies to execute our national digital strategy.
**What we need**
To be successful, you'll have a passion for the digital space, an analytical mind, and be creative. You will make data-driven decisions and be confident working towards aggressive performance targets.
You'll also have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience running paid campaigns, Agency side preferably
- Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, implementing and tracking A/B experiments
- Experience in content development and copywriting
- Strong project management, analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Data Studio, PowerBi)
- Understanding of latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- A passion for the health and fitness industry
