Our client is an industry leading organisation with over 170 key locations across Australia. With a team of over 2000+ employees, including a head office team of 100+. This is a newly created role with an opportunity to work alongside the best in the class - Chief Marketing Officer.
**Key responsibilities.**
- Play a lead role on projects involving platform, website, revenue streams and online customer experience.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and assist in driving both brand awareness and revenue.
- Evolve testing framework for digital performance channels, campaign targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
- Work closely with agencies to drive online sales and targets.
- Ensuring the customer experience and journey through our website and digital channels is effortless and devised to increase conversions.
- Ensure the company stays ahead of key competitors in the digital space, implementing new and innovative digital strategies which are led by customer experience and sales.
- Be led by data, maintain performance reports and dashboards to drive decisions. Utilise website funnel conversion metrics.
- Develop and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of a consistent customer acquisition strategy that delivers business objectives.
- Manage a monthly performance budget and be accountable for channel acquisition targets.
- Implementation of demand generation strategies, lead nurturing programs, product launch campaigns and brand awareness programs.
**Key attributes**
- Degree qualified and formal qualifications in Marketing (or equivalent)
- 8+ years' experience in Digital Marketing /eCommerce on either agency or client side
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition is a MUST
- Have on the tools knowledge to optimise campaigns for scale.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience in creating and managing online and offline campaigns.
- Strong media and website agency management experience
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
