As a Full Time - Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll lead day‑to‑day operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting your team, maintaining service quality, and enhancing productivity. Your day to day Lead and support the team to deliver high‑quality Food & Beverage service aligned with Qantas and Accor brand standards. Maintain strong knowledge of Qantas service expectations and ensure delivery matches consistently. Act as a point of contact for guest feedback, operational challenges, and daily communication needs. Run briefings and deliver daily training sessions to build team capability. Ensure the lounge is always service‑ready: grooming standards met, equipment clean and organised, and glassware polished. Uphold all health, safety, compliance, and brand standards, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed.
