Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Adelaide, South Australia, for a Sales/Optical Dispenser. The Sales/Optical Dispenser will assist customers in selecting eyewear and lenses, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and support customers with optometry services including eyewear fittings and adjustments. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized retail space while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of optics and optometry, including eye exams and understanding vision correction solutions (or a willingness to learn)
* Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients in making informed eyewear and lens selections
* Attention to detail with the ability to handle eyewear fittings and adjustments accurately
* Familiarity with retail or optical sales is an advantage
