The Resort
Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and sparkling blue lagoons, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast comprises of approximately 300 guest rooms, multiple award winning restaurants and bars, and various meeting and events spaces, all in an absolute beachfront environment.
The F&B Role
We are seeking F&B and Event Experts, there are positions currently available for Part time, casual and Limited Tenure seasonal contracts in our Food and Beverage Departments.

Departments
Terraces Restaurant at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort is the Gold Coast's has the most renowned ocean to plate seafood experience. At Terraces, guests indulge in a delicious selection of fresh seafood, gourmet salads, delightful desserts, and much more, while overlooking the lagoons.
In Room Dining Providing guests the In Room Dining experience with taking orders by telephone and ensuring all charges are processed and posted to the correct accounts. Recording In Room Bar consumption and posting charges to the appropriate room accounts.
Pearls Bar & Oasis Pool Bar: Providing friendly, courteous and efficient food and beverage service, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable experience. You will be required to work and connect with guests, as well as show-casing your prompt and impeccable service.
As a Bartender, showcase your skills, passion for customer service and innovative flair for creating cocktails and beverages that delight the taste buds of our guests in this exciting role.
As a Barista, showcase your skills, passion for customer service and coffee crafting by preparing and serving coffee beverages with consistency and quality. Utilize your latte art skills to enchant our guests.
Banquets
Providing friendly, courteous and efficient service in our conferencing and events, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable experience. Setting up and packing down special events. You will be required to work and connect with guests, as well as show-casing your prompt and impeccable service.
Successful Candidates - Food and Beverage:
To be successful for this role you will:
* An energetic and passionate approach to providing efficient and friendly service
* Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy fast-paced environment
* Enjoy working in a team environment
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods
* Previous F&B experience is advantageous, but not essential
* Currently hold, or willing to obtain a QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Bartenders will be required to have prior food and beverage experience, including Barista skills, and Cocktail making is essential.
